What is the Professor Store?
The Professor Store is a site that Professors can access to exchange Professor Points for items.
How do I find and log in to the Professor Store?
Go to your Organizer Tools Dashboard and select the “Professor Store” tab. If it’s your first time logging in, you will be prompted to authenticate with your Pokémon Trainer Club account to enable single sign-on.
Who is eligible to access the Professor Store?
At this time, the Professor Store is available to Professors who meet the following eligibility criteria: Professors must be in good standing, and Professors must have earned Professor Points between January 1, 2021, and December 15, 2023. If you do not have access to the Professor Store and believe that you meet these criteria, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
Professors who earned points outside of the above time period will be granted access to the Professor Store on an ad hoc basis. We appreciate your continued patience!
How do I change my password and contact email for the Professor Store?
You can log in to the Professor Store through single sign-on via your Pokémon Trainer Club account credentials. If you need to change your password or update your email address, please do so on your Pokémon Trainer Club account.
Why haven’t my Professor Points updated in the Professor Store?
If you notice a discrepancy between the points displayed in the Professor Store and the points on your Pokémon Trainer Club account, log out of the Professor Store and log back in. If this doesn’t resolve the discrepancy, please reach out to Customer Service.
How many of each item can I order?
Each product on the Professor Store will list the maximum quantity that you can order for that product in a given time frame.
How do I modify my order or order details?
Please review your items and details carefully prior to placing your order since all orders are final. We are unable to modify items or shipping details after you place your order.
When will my order ship? How long will it take to arrive?
The Professor Store processes orders on a weekly basis. Once your order has entered processing, the status of the order in the Professor Store will show “In Progress.” From there, it may take a few days for our warehouses to ship the package. Once the order is shipped, the order status in the Professor Store will update to “Shipped,” and you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number from the courier.
After your order is shipped, we are not able to provide an estimate of the delivery time. We can only refer you to the courier’s tracking number. We appreciate your patience as delivery times may be affected by where you live and events outside of our control.
What is the Professor Store refund policy?
All orders are final. The Professor Store cannot support returns or exchanges, unless otherwise required by law. If your product is damaged, please contact Customer Support and provide your Order ID, a screenshot of your order details, and a picture of your damaged product. The Order ID and order details can be found on the order history page of your Professor Store account.
