We cannot return or provide figures to an account after they have been sold or fused. To prevent the accidental selling or fusing of figures, please use the lock function.
You can lock items by selecting the figure or plate you want to lock from the Deck > view figures/plates menu. From there, select the lock option in the upper-left portion of the screen.
When the lock option turns yellow, the lock has been applied to that figure or plate. To unlock an item, follow the same process.
