Please check your purchase history through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon. If you have multiple same-day purchases, please make sure they match your purchase history. If your purchase is showing as completed, it is possible that the process has been interrupted. Please try the following steps:
- Restart Pokémon Duel.
- Restart your device.
If your purchase has not been completed, the purchasing process has been cancelled and your Gem purchase has not been charged.
