If your Gems are not showing on your account, please allow our system to populate the purchase. If, after two hours they are still not on your account, please try the following:
- Restart Pokémon Duel.
- Restart your device.
- Start the app, select the shop from the home screen and then try accessing the Gem Counter.
If the above steps do not resolve your issue and you still do not have the Gems in your account, there could be a payment error through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please confirm your method of payment information and status with Apple or Google.
