Some players are seeing a cloud scene but can’t navigate anywhere.
This is scheduled to be fixed in a future release. To resolve this issue in the meantime, allow the app to access your device’s camera, photos, and storage by following the steps below.
- From your device’s Settings, tap Apps, then tap Camp Pokémon.
- Scroll down and tap Permissions.
- Tap Allow and grant permissions for the following: Camera, Photos, and Storage.
