First, ensure your smartphone meets the Pokémon GO Plus system requirements.
If your Pokémon GO Plus is not vibrating please check your Pokémon GO Plus and smartphone settings.
For Apple iOS:
Please check these settings: Settings > Sounds > Vibrate on ring
Please check these settings: Settings > Sounds & notifications > Turn on 'Also vibrate for calls'
Verify that vibration is ticked 'on' in your Pokémon GO app settings.
If verifying/updating the settings does not help please remove the battery from your Pokémon GO Plus for 10 minutes, uninstall and reinstall the Pokémon GO app, place the battery back in your Pokémon GO Plus and then reset the Pokémon GO Plus (hold button for 5 seconds until blue, then release, and press again for another 5 seconds until vibrate).
Please note: Pokémon GO Plus needs to be reset every time when pairing with a new device or when your phone has had a software update.
- Check that the battery is set correctly, with the (+) and (−) terminals facing in the correct directions.
- Ensure you are using the right kind of battery (CR2032).
