Q: Can I use my Pokémon GO Plus on an airplane?
A: Please turn off your smartphone or set it to airplane mode (which may have a different name depending on your smartphone) in areas where signals from smartphones are prohibited, such as hospitals and airplanes. When you do, wireless signals from your Pokémon GO Plus will automatically be turned off.
Please do not press the button on the Pokémon GO Plus while wireless signals are turned off.
Q: Can I use Pokémon GO Plus while traveling overseas?
A: Pokémon GO Plus will function with a smartphone that fulfills the system requirements, but we cannot confirm if it is acceptable to use this product, which utilizes Bluetooth® signals, in countries or regions where Pokémon GO Plus has not been released.
