Pokémon Trading Card Game cards and parts pass a very thorough quality assurance process to make sure that you receive the highest-quality product. In the unlikely event that you encounter a manufacturing error present in a third-party retail purchase, please contact customer support with the following information:
- A copy of your store receipt that includes the store name and payment information
- The number or a photo of the number under the barcode (UPC code) from the original package
- A photo of the defective card(s) or part(s)
- A photo of the opened product with all the items you received removed, laid out side by side, and clearly visible (this includes items such as dice, booster packs, and a sample of the cards)
- A brief explanation of the issue, for example, “bent because it was put in the pack improperly” or “card was cut incorrectly”
- If a part was missing, please tell us what was missing
- Your complete return mailing address

Important Notes
- We only assist with products that were released within the last year.
- You must contact us with all the requested details within 10 business days of the original purchase date.
- For booster packs, we only exchange entire booster packs. We do not offer exchanges for specific cards.
- For a booster pack to be eligible for exchange, more than half of the cards contained must be affected by manufacturing damage.
- Manufacturing damage includes when a card is creased or when a card has an indentation fully through the card.
- Cards with minor scratching or printing defects do not qualify for exchange.
