Windows
To uninstall the game:
- Click the Windows icon in the bottom-left corner, type Control Panel, and then hit Enter.
- From the Control Panel, select Programs.
- In the Programs and Features section, select Uninstall a program.
- Right-click Pokémon Trading Card Game Online, then select Uninstall and follow the prompts to completely remove the game.
Next, using the steps below, ensure no temporary files remain on your computer.
- Go to the directory where the game was installed. The default directory is C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData. The game stores files in the following folders: LocalLow, Roaming, and Unity.
- Go into the LocalLow folder and delete the The Pokémon Company International folder.
- Go into the Roaming folder and delete the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online folder.
- Delete the Unity folder.
- Empty your Recycle Bin.
- Also ensure that you have deleted all previously downloaded versions of the game.
- Go to http://pokemon.com/playtcgo to download the latest game installer.
Mac
To uninstall the game:
- Delete the Trading Card Game Online folder, along with any installation files.
- Click Go, located on your top window, press the alt/option key, and then select Library.
- Go to the Cache folder and delete any/all Pokémon-related folders.
- From the Library again, go to Saved Application State and delete the unity.The Pokémon Company International.Refresher.savedState folder.
- Empty your trash and restart your Mac.
- Also ensure that you have deleted all previously downloaded versions of the game.
- Go to http://pokemon.com/playtcgo to download the latest game installer.
