According to the Terms of Use of Pokémon.com and PokemonTCG.com, users are prohibited from creating more than one Trainer Club account. Because of this, the support team cannot guarantee any code or card/deck transfer between accounts.
If you accidentally redeemed your booster pack/theme deck code to a parent account that has granted you consent for use of the Pokémon TCG Online, please submit a support request using the parent account. Please include the following details in your ticket for a prompt and accurate review of your issue:
- User name of the parent account
- Redemption code
- Code type: booster pack/theme deck type
- Date redeemed
- User name of the child account
Please take precautionary measures to ensure that you are logged in to the correct account before redeeming any codes in the Shop. If you are logged in to Pokémon.com, you may be required to log in again on the Pokémon TCG Online site.
Please retain your code cards and transaction ID numbers for future reference.
Your code cards and transaction ID numbers are vital to servicing any code redemption issue. Without this information, we may not be able to fully address your issue, and your claim may be dismissed.
We reserve the right to determine the validity of any information submitted for the purposes of your code redemption investigation. Providing false or altered information may result in action being taken against your account.
