Please use your web cam to take a picture of the QR Code you have. Once the image is uploaded, it will automatically be read and your alphanumeric code will appear in the field. Once the code is in the field you will be able to hit "check code" to make sure it is valid. Lastly, click "redeem" to receive your item(s).
Our QR code redeemer can only be used with 1.5 mega pixels or higher cameras
Unfortunately, using a lower mega pixel camera will not produce a high enough quality image and our scanners will not be able to accurately read them.
If your camera meets the minimum requirements and you are still having difficulties, please make sure that you have adequate lighting. A dimly lit room will make it difficult for the scanner to read your uploaded image.

Your code cards and transaction ID numbers are vital to servicing any code redemption issue. Without this information we may not be able to fully address your issue, and your claim may be dismissed.
Basic information to provide when submitting a code redemption issue support request:
- Username of account code was redeemed to
- Code # and item type
