How can I place an order in the Professor Store?
What happens after I’ve placed my order?
Our team will process your order. Once you receive a confirmation message from our Support Team there are no changes that can be made. Please make sure that all of your information is up to date before submitting an order.
I’ve made a mistake with my shipping address, can it be corrected?
After your order is placed, we cannot correct your shipping address. It is imperative that you correct your address on your Pokémon Trainer Club account BEFORE placing your order. Once your order has been placed and you have received confirmation, we can make no further changes. Please understand that we will also decline to refund Professor Points for items shipped to the wrong address – if we’ve already processed your order, it means those items cannot be added back to inventory for redistribution.
What is the return policy?
There are no returns – all sales are final.
How long will it be before I receive my items?
This varies depending on where in the world you are located. After processing (which can take up to 10 days), the shipping timeframes below are typical, but not guaranteed:
- Continental US: 1-2 weeks
- North America outside of Continental US: 2-4 weeks
- Outside North America*: 4-6 weeks
*Brazil: Orders for Brazilian Professors are fulfilled quarterly in a special process designed to ensure that you get your items safely.
Items shipped outside of the US are screened by our Customs Compliance Team prior to shipment.
We are constantly working to reduce shipping times for orders, but please note that orders for League products must take priority over Professor Store orders.
When should I reach out to support with help for my items?
It can take up to 10 days before your items ship and up to 6 weeks depending on where you are in the world. We recommend reaching out after 8 weeks from your order confirmation to check in on your package.
What can cause my order to be denied?
There are a few things that can cause your order to be denied:
- When you put in your order the SKU and Item name did not match
- You don’t have enough Professor Points to make the purchase
- An order met the item cap; this is also reviewed with past purchases
- The item is out of stock
- You don’t have a physical address on your PTC account (P.O. Box will be denied)
How often is the Professor Store restocked?
We are working to restock at least once a year. Restocks of some popular items happen every 3 months.
