- Log in to your Pokémon Trainer Central account.
- Using the menu on the left side of the page, select the Play! Pokémon option.
- When the Play! Pokémon section appears, select Create a Play! Pokémon Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and provide all required information so you can progress to the Enter Your Player ID step.
- If you have already been given a Player ID at an in-person event or through a support ticket, select I have a Player ID, then select Continue. You’ll be prompted to enter your Player ID and a corresponding PIN.
- If you do not already have a Player ID, select I do not have a Player ID, then select Continue.
- Congratulations! You should now see a Player ID displayed under your name when you view your Pokémon Trainer Central account.
A Player ID Is Not Required for Password Reset
A Player ID is not required to request a password reset. You only need to enter your email address and date of birth to request a password reset.
