I purchased Aeos gems on the mobile version of Pokémon UNITE.
First, please try restarting your device (the method to close an app or restart your device may vary depending on the device). When attempting to restart, please ensure you have a good network connection.
Next, please check the purchase history on your device on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). If you don’t see the purchase there, it means that the process was not completed and you will not be charged for the items you were attempting to buy. Please try again.
If you made multiple purchases on the same day, make sure to check all purchases made on the relevant date.
I purchase Aeos gems on the Nintendo Switch version of Pokémon UNITE.
If you received a receipt by email, try restarting Pokémon UNITE. Next, go to Nintendo eShop through the in-game menu. This should automatically apply the Aeos gems. If you have not received an email, this means the purchase was not completed, so please try to purchase the gems again.
Please note the following:
- Aeos gems purchased on the Nintendo Switch version of Pokémon UNITE can only be used on the Nintendo Switch version and will not be reflected in the mobile version.
- Aeos gems purchased on the mobile version of Pokémon UNITE can only be used on the mobile version and will not be reflected on the Nintendo Switch version.
- Items acquired via gameplay or obtained by exchanging Aeos gems and other in-game currencies can be shared between the Nintendo Switch version and mobile version as long as both versions use the same save data.
