If you purchased Aeos gems in the past:
- There may be an issue with your internet connection. A stable internet connection is required to purchase Aeos gems. We recommend using a Wi-Fi, 3G, or 4G connection.
- There may be a temporary issue with the store. Purchases may be unsuccessful if there is a large amount of traffic on the store or from data overloads. In this case, please wait and try again later. Aeos gem purchases are processed via the store used to download the game. These stores are as follows:
- Nintendo eShop for the Nintendo Switch version
- The App Store for the iOS version
- The Google Play Store for the Android version
- Note: Purchases may be unsuccessful if there is a large amount of traffic on the store or from data overloads. In this case, please wait and try again later.
- There may be a temporary issue with the app. This issue can often be resolved by restarting your device.
If you have never purchased Aeos gems before:
- Incorrect purchase information may have been entered. If there is a mistake in your purchase information, please cancel the purchase and try again.
- Certain payment methods may be not supported. There is a chance the payment method you wish to use is not supported by the app. In this case, please contact Nintendo, Apple, or Google customer service.
