Insufficient charge balance or credit card expiration may prevent payment processing during automatic renewal. At that time, you may receive a cancelation email. Please check to see if there are any errors in your payment method.
If you wish to continue your subscription, please update your payment method, and sign up for UNITE Club membership again.

Special Note for Trainers Using Multiple Devices
Be sure to log in to Pokémon UNITE on the device and operating system where you purchased your UNITE Club membership on your membership renewal date otherwise your UNITE Club membership will not renew.
For example, if you purchased a UNITE Club membership on an Android device, but you play Pokémon UNITE on your iOS device, you must log in to Pokémon UNITE on your Android device on the date of your UNITE Club membership renewal for the membership to continue.
