Q: Can I use my Poké Ball Plus on an airplane?
A: Please turn off your smartphone or set it to airplane mode (which may have a different name depending on your smartphone) in areas where signals from smartphones are prohibited, such as hospitals and airplanes. When you do, wireless signals from your Poké Ball Plus will automatically be turned off.
Please do not press the button on the Poké Ball Plus while wireless signals are turned off.
Q: Can I use Poké Ball Plus while traveling overseas?
A: Poké Ball Plus will function with a smartphone that fulfills the system requirements, but we cannot confirm if it is acceptable to use this product, which utilizes Bluetooth® signals, in countries or regions where Poké Ball Plus has not been released.
