I cannot purchase items
I have made a purchase before
- Please make sure that your internet connection is strong and stable. We recommend using a Wi-Fi, 3G, or 4G connection.
- All in-app purchases are made through the app store of your respective device, and it is possible that the store is experiencing issues. If this is the case, please wait a few minutes and try to make your purchase again.
- Try restarting your app and your device.
I haven’t made a purchase before
- Please check to make sure that your payment information is accurate. If a mistake was made, cancel the purchase and start again.
- Be sure to use a payment method that is compatible with the app. Contact your respective app store support for more help on compatible payment methods.
My purchased item doesn’t appear in the game
If an item you purchased or obtained through a download code isn’t reflected in Pokémon Café ReMix, go to the Shop by selecting the golden acorn bar or the Shop Icon on the bottom left of the café screen. Please check to see whether the item is now present.
It may take some time before purchases are reflected in the game. Please try the following:
- Restart Pokémon Café ReMix.
- Restart your device, ensuring that you have a strong, stable internet connection.
