If you didn't receive a code for Pokémon Masters EX in the newsletter that you received from Pokémon after signing up at the San Diego Comic Con, please submit a ticket to customer support here.
After we receive your ticket, we will respond via email with your individual code. Please note that codes are available while supplies last and that codes expires on October 31, 2025.
Once you receive your individual code, please follow the directions on the redemption page to receive your gems.
