What is third-party login?
Third-party login allows you to register a new Pokémon Trainer Central account or log in to an existing Pokémon Trainer Central account by linking to an existing third-party account, such as Apple or Google.
Third-party login is an optional login method, and it is not required for new or existing Pokémon Trainer Central accounts.
You may use third-party login anywhere you can use Pokémon Trainer Central to log in, such as Pokemon.com, Pokémon GO, Pokémon TCG Live, or Pokémon UNITE.

How do I remove third-party login from my existing account?

This will ensure you maintain uninterrupted access to your account. You can add another third-party login method (such as Apple or Google) or use the Pokémon Trainer Central account recovery steps to add login credentials.
Contact customer support to request removal of a third-party login method from your Pokémon Trainer Central account.
What information is shared with Pokémon when I enable third-party login?
Pokémon requests a limited amount of information from the third-party login provider to create and manage your Pokémon Trainer Central account. For third-party login through Apple and Google, your name and email address are shared with Pokémon.
Can I enable third-party login on a Pokémon Trainer Central child account?
At this time, third-party login is not available for child accounts.
Can I connect more than one third-party login method to my Pokémon Trainer Central account?
Yes, you can connect more than one third-party login method to your Pokémon Trainer Central account.
What should I do if I forget my third-party login credentials?
Please contact the third-party login provider (such as Apple or Google) for any support regarding your credentials for that provider.
If you forget the credentials for your third-party login account and that is your only login method for your Pokémon Trainer Central account, you will not be able to log in to your Pokémon Trainer Central account until you regain access to your third-party login account. We recommend establishing multiple login methods so you can always maintain access to your account.
Why was a randomized username generated for my Pokémon Trainer Central account?
When you create a Pokémon Trainer Central account using a third-party login provider, a randomized username will be assigned to your Pokémon Trainer Central account. This username is never displayed to other users online. If you wish to change the randomized username, please submit a request to customer support.
