You can only use one Pokémon GO Plus + per smart device.

Which games and apps can I link with my Pokémon GO Plus +?

You can only link Pokémon GO Plus + with the Pokémon GO and Pokémon Sleep apps.

How long does the battery of the Pokémon GO Plus + last and how can I charge it?

The battery life of Pokémon GO Plus + may vary depending on use and its operating environment. If you connect Pokémon GO Plus + to Pokémon GO for two to three hours a day, we estimate that the battery will last about a week.

Please use the included USB Type-C charging cable and a USB power adapter (sold separately) to connect your Pokémon GO Plus + to a power outlet for charging.

How can I check my Pokémon GO Plus + device’s battery level?

To check the battery level of your Pokémon GO Plus +, press the top button and a small LED will light up. The color and state of the LED will indicate the battery level.

  • Blinking red: Low
  • Yellow (blinks twice): Greatly reduced
  • Yellow (blinks once): Slightly reduced
  • Steady green: Mostly charged

Does Pokémon GO Plus + have a battery saver mode?

No, Pokémon GO Plus + does not have a battery saver mode.

Can I remove my Pokémon GO Plus + device’s battery?

No, you cannot remove the battery from your Pokémon GO Plus +.

How can I turn off the volume of my Pokémon GO Plus + (i.e. use silent mode)?

In order to turn off the volume of your Pokémon GO Plus + (use silent mode), while holding the top button, press the main button for at least one second. The Pokémon GO Plus + device will vibrate twice briefly and enter silent mode.

To exit silent mode, repeat the same action until the Pokémon GO Plus + vibrates once.

Please note that alarms and notifications are also suspended while in silent mode.

How can I disable vibration on my Pokémon GO Plus +?

When using with Pokémon Sleep

You can disable vibration in the Pokémon GO Plus + device settings. (Please see here for more details on settings.).

Note: You can’t disable the vibrations that occur at the start and end of sleep tracking.

When using with Pokémon GO

While you cannot disable vibration for Pokémon and PokéStop notifications, you can disable notifications themselves. To change your settings, start Pokémon GO, tap the Poké Ball icon, and select Settings in the top right.
