Yes, if you use a Lucky Egg, the experience bonus will automatically apply to actions performed by the Pokémon GO Plus +.
If my Pokémon Box in Pokémon GO is full when I encounter a Pokémon, what will happen?
If your Pokémon Box in Pokémon GO is full, Pokémon GO Plus + will react to the Pokémon, but you won’t be able to catch it.
If you want to catch a Pokémon when your Pokémon Box is full, please send some Pokémon to the professor or consider upgrading your Pokémon Storage.
If my Item Bag in Pokémon GO is full when I get close to a PokéStop, what will happen?
If your Item Bag is full, the Pokémon GO Plus + will not spin PokéStops, even if you push the main button. To continue obtaining items and XP, you will need to create space in your Item Bag by using items, discarding items, or purchasing an upgrade for your Item Bag.
If I encounter a Pokémon in Pokémon GO but don't have any Poké Balls, what will happen?
If you don’t have any Poké Balls, your Pokémon GO Plus + device will react to the Pokémon, but you won’t be able to catch it.
If I have set Great Balls to be thrown but don’t have any Great Balls, what will happen?
If you have set Great Balls to be thrown but you don’t have any, you can’t catch Pokémon. You’ll be able to catch Pokémon if you obtain Great Balls or select other types of Poké Ball that you do have (Poké Balls or Ultra Balls) to be thrown.

Yes, you may pair your Pokémon GO Plus + with a different smart device. First, please unpair your Pokémon GO Plus + from the original smart device, and then pair it with your new smart device.

Why won’t my Pokémon GO Plus + vibrate after I connected it to Pokémon GO?
If your Pokémon GO Plus + doesn’t vibrate after connecting to Pokémon GO, please try the following:
Enable notifications in Pokémon GO if they are not already enabled
- Start Pokémon GO and tap the Poké Ball icon at the bottom center of the screen to open the menu.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right to open Settings.
- Tap Pokémon GO Plus + in the settings menu.
- If the boxes to the right of Nearby Pokémon and Nearby PokéStop are not checked, please check them.
Check if your smart device meets requirements
The Pokémon GO Plus + may not work properly on smart devices that don’t meet the operating system and OS version requirements or on certain devices that haven’t been verified for use.
Even if your smart device meets the operating system and version requirements, and even if your device has been verified for use, the Pokémon GO Plus + device may not work properly because of the smart device’s operating environment. Please be aware that we do not guarantee that the Pokémon GO Plus + can be paired with all devices.

What is the auto-spin feature?
Auto-spin is a feature that spins Photo Discs you come across (such as at PokéStops) and collects items for you.
To access the settings for the auto-spin feature, tap the Poké Ball icon on the map screen and select Settings on the top right to turn the feature on or off.

Can I use both the Pokémon GO Plus + and Poké Ball Plus?
You can’t use both the Pokémon GO Plus + and Poké Ball Plus devices at the same time, but you can connect one of them at a time and switch between them on different days.
