My Pokémon GO Plus + won't connect to my smart device properly.

If you are still experiencing issues connecting your Pokémon GO Plus + with your smart device, one or more of the following may be the cause of the issue.
- Drained battery
- Improper operation
- Issue with the application
- Issue with your device’s operating environment

Why can’t I track my sleep?
In order to track your sleep with Pokémon GO Plus +, the device must first be paired with Pokémon Sleep (pairing instructions here) or Pokémon GO (pairing instructions here).
If your sleep session is shorter than one hour and thirty minutes, the sleep data won’t be saved in your Pokémon GO Plus +.
If you are still experiencing issues with tracking your sleep, one or more of the following may be the cause of the issue.
- Drained battery
- Improper operation
- Issue with the application
- Issue with your device’s operating environment
- Issue with your sleep environment and/or tracking environment

Why isn’t Pokémon GO Plus + making any sounds?
If your Pokémon GO Plus + device isn’t making any sounds, please check whether the device is in silent mode. Hold the top button and then press the main button for at least one second. The Pokémon GO Plus + will vibrate twice briefly and enter silent mode. To exit silent mode, repeat the same action until the Pokémon GO Plus + vibrates once.
Please note that alarms and notifications are also suspended while in silent mode.
My Pokémon GO Plus + doesn’t work or stopped working.
Please check if the battery is drained. Also try charging your Pokémon GO Plus + for 30 minutes or more.

- The main light doesn’t blink white when I press the main button briefly (LED error).
- I can’t hear Pikachu cry even if I shake the device while pressing down the top button (accelerometer error).
- The light on the top button doesn’t light up yellow or green even if I press the top button (no battery level indicator).
- The device doesn’t vibrate when I press the reset button briefly with an object, such as the tip of a pen (vibration error).
- The buttons don’t work or respond.
- Pokémon GO or Pokémon Sleep on my smart device doesn’t recognize Bluetooth communications from the Pokémon GO Plus + (communication failure).
- No matter how many times I try to track my sleep (longer than 90 minutes), even if the battery is fully charged, none of my sleep can be tracked.

Your device may have an alarm enabled. Please open Pokémon Sleep and check your settings.
