Will my past sleep data be erased if I cancel my Premium Pass?
No. You will not be able to see your past data in Pokémon Sleep, but the data will remain saved for a certain period of time. You will be able to view all your data if you subscribe to a Premium Pass again. However, if a long time passes after you cancel your Premium Pass, it is possible that your data will be erased.
How do I cancel my Premium Pass in Pokémon Sleep?
Please navigate to the subscriptions menu of the App Store (Apple iOS) or Google Play store (Android) to cancel your Pokémon Sleep Premium Pass.
Canceling your Premium Pass will not immediately revert you to a Regular Pass in Pokémon Sleep. You will return to a Regular Pass when your current paid Premium Pass plan expires.
Can I still use the gifts and items I received after I cancel my Premium Pass in Pokémon Sleep?
After switching to a Regular Pass, you can still use the gifts you received from a Premium Pass.
Why didn’t my Pokémon Sleep Premium Pass renew automatically?
If your Premium Pass didn’t renew automatically and you didn’t cancel it yourself, a few things may have occurred that would result in a cancellation message:
- Your payment method expired
- Insufficient funds
If you wish to continue your Premium Pass, please confirm your payment method and purchase the Premium Pass again.
Android/Google Play Store
If you’re using an Android device, your subscription will continue if you make your purchase within approximately 14 days of the cancellation.
Please navigate to the subscriptions menu on your device to resubscribe to the Pokémon Sleep Premium Pass.
Apple iOS/App Store
If you’re using an iOS device, your subscription will continue if you make your purchase within approximately 16 days of the cancellation.
Please navigate to the subscriptions menu on your device to resubscribe to the Pokémon Sleep Premium Pass.
I purchased diamonds or a Premium Pass, but they are not showing up in my Pokémon Sleep.
Please ensure that your device has a stable internet connection then try restarting Pokémon Sleep and restarting your device. If these steps don’t resolve your issue, please reattempt past transactions following these instructions:
- Open Pokémon Sleep.
- Select Shops from the home screen.
- Select General Store.
- Tap Reattempt Past Transactions.
If you tried reattempting past transactions and your purchases are still not reflected, it’s possible that the purchase was not completed successfully. In this case, check your purchase history in the App Store or Google Play. If you don’t see the purchase in the history, please ensure that your internet connection is stable before attempting to purchase again. If the issue persists, contact the App Store or Google Play.

Where can I check to see whether I’ve successfully subscribed to a Premium Pass?
You can check your Sleep Pass on the home screen in the app to see if you are using a Regular Pass or a Premium Pass. You can also check your Premium Pass subscription status and validity period in your platform’s purchase history. To do so, navigate to the subscription page on your device.
Note: If you are transferring data between different operating systems and changing the platform through which you are purchasing your subscription, please cancel the subscription first. Then, after the Premium Pass has expired, purchase it again. Please note that this will reset your subscription streak.
I uninstalled (deleted) Pokémon Sleep, but I was still charged for a Premium Pass.
Please follow our instructions here to cancel your Premium Pass for Pokémon Sleep. Payments will continue automatically until you cancel. After canceling your subscription, your Premium Pass will remain active until its expiration date.
How can I change my current Premium Pass (paid) subscription to a plan with a different renewal period?
The method to change your subscription depends on your device’s operating system. Note: When you cancel your Premium Pass subscription, your account in the app won’t instantly change to the Regular Pass. It will change to the Regular Pass when your current Premium Pass subscription plan expires.

How do I change which store I use for my Premium Pass subscription in Pokémon Sleep?
You may switch which store you use for your Pokémon Sleep Premium Pass subscription such as changing from the Apple App Store to Google Play or vice versa. In order to do so, please cancel your current subscription. Then, once your Premium Pass expires and you switch back to the Regular Pass, purchase a new subscription through the store of your choice.
Note that switching stores will reset your subscription streak.
