Make sure your mobile device meets the minimum requirements as listed in Pokémon HOME system requirements and compatibility.
We also recommend checking the following:
- You are running the most recent version of Pokémon HOME.
- The app has access to your mobile device camera.
- GPS and Location Services are enabled.
For iOS users:
Manually enter login credentials; do not use fingerprint authentication, facial-recognition authentication, or other password-management apps on your device to automatically enter login information. Or, open a separate browser, and from there, log in to your Nintendo Account. Then reopen the Pokémon HOME app.

- Restart the app.
