If you enroll in a Premium Plan (paid) for Pokémon HOME, you can connect Pokémon HOME with Pokémon Bank and then move Pokémon from Pokémon Bank to Pokémon HOME.

If your Pokémon Bank subscription has expired, you can check if there are still Pokémon stored in your Pokémon Bank Boxes by following the steps below.
- Start Pokémon Bank on your Nintendo 3DS family system. If you haven’t started your Nintendo 3DS family system in a while, you may be asked to update your system. Please connect your Nintendo 3DS family system to the internet and update your system first.
- A message will display saying, “Your pass has expired. Would you like to purchase a new pass?”
- Select No, then press the A Button.
- Press the A Button when prompted to by the on-screen instructions, select Use Pokémon Bank, and then press the A Button.
Pokémon Bank and Poké Transporter were available to use at no cost for one month after the release of Pokémon HOME.
Note: Existing Pokémon Bank subscriptions are independent of the Pokémon HOME Premium Plan. We are unable to provide refunds for Pokémon Bank subscriptions.
