To resolve this error, follow the steps below.
- Delete the Pokémon HOME app from your mobile device.
Important: This will also delete any data and history that has been saved to the app. - Reinstall the Pokémon HOME app on your mobile device.
- Launch the Pokémon HOME app, and follow the steps for first-time setup.
- When prompted to link a Nintendo Account, link the same Nintendo Account that you are using with the Nintendo Switch version of Pokémon HOME. The Nintendo Switch version should sync with the mobile device version if the same Nintendo Account is linked to both versions.
Please note: if you have purchased a Premium Plan and/or synced your Mobile device version and Nintendo Switch version of Pokémon Home you will be unable to change the Nintendo account linked to that Pokémon Home account. To use a new Nintendo account, you must link to a new Pokémon Home account on a new device.
