If your Premium Plan is still valid, but it disappeared when you re-installed the app, please try the following steps to restore your plan.
- Select Options from the main menu.
- Select Account, then Check plan.
- Select Restore plan.
If the above steps do not resolve the problem, the issue may be that the mobile device version of Pokémon HOME was not linked to your Nintendo Account after the app was reinstalled.
As noted in the warning message that displays when you first install the app, certain features will become unavailable should you begin using it without linking to a Nintendo Account first. Reinstalling the app without linking it to your Nintendo Account creates a completely new Pokémon HOME user profile.
