While connected to a linked game through Pokémon HOME, the status and moves of Pokémon that are not available in connected title cannot be viewed.
The visible status and moves of certain Pokémon may vary between the Nintendo Switch and mobile device versions of Pokémon HOME. Please see below for more information.
Nintendo Switch Version
While connected to a linked game through Pokémon HOME, the viewable status and moves of Pokémon reflect what they would be if that Pokémon were to be deposited into the connected title’s Boxes.
The status and moves of Pokémon that are unavailable in the linked game Pokémon HOME is connected to will not be displayed. For example, while Pokémon HOME is connected to Pokémon Legends: Arceus, you will not be able to see the detailed status or moves of a Zacian caught in Pokémon Sword.
Pokémon HOME can be used without having to connect to a linked game. In this case, the status and moves visible in Pokémon HOME will appear as if you were connected to Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield. This means that the status and moves of Pokémon that are unavailable in Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield will not be displayed in Pokémon HOME.
Mobile Version
The status and moves of Pokémon are viewable, but will reflect the last game title they were in. The status and moves of Pokémon transferred from Pokémon GO or moved from Pokémon Bank will appear as if you were connected to Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield. (This includes Pokémon that do not appear in Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield.)
