After transferring Pokémon from Pokémon GO to Pokémon HOME, it is necessary to receive the Pokémon in Pokémon HOME.

If you are not prompted to receive Pokémon transferred from Pokémon GO after you launch Pokémon HOME, one of the following may have occurred.
- The transfer sequence was aborted in Pokémon GO.
- The Pokémon were transferred to a different Pokémon HOME account.
Please confirm the following in the Pokémon GO account the Pokémon were transferred from.
- Are the Pokémon you tried transferring still there?
- Does the Pokémon HOME Support ID displayed in the settings of Pokémon GO match the Support ID displayed on the Pokémon HOME launch screen?
