What is the Learning Lab?
The Learning Lab is an area of Pokémon TCG Live for players to learn and practice the Pokémon TCG. The Learning Lab consists of guided lessons against an AI opponent where players can learn or practice certain mechanics.
The Learning Lab will allow players to:
- Replay tutorial battles in the Basic Classroom.
- Participate in battles aimed at explaining certain gameplay features.
- Engage in battles to learn or practice certain Pokémon TCG rules such as using Pokémon Tool and Stadium cards.
How do I navigate to the Learning Lab?
From the game’s home screen, select the “Learn” tab.
How is my progress saved?
If you close the game while you are in the Learning Lab, the game will load back into the Learning Lab the next time you log in. However, game progress is not saved if you do not fully complete a Learning Lab lesson. If you lose, exit the game, or concede, you must restart the lesson.
Are there rewards for completing lessons?
Rewards for completing lessons in the Learning Lab are coming in a future release. Once rewards are added, you will receive rewards for any Learning Lab lessons you completed prior to the release.
Do I have to complete the lessons in order?
No, you do not have to complete the lessons in order. You are welcome to choose any lesson you are interested in.
Can I replay lessons?
Yes, you can replay lessons as many times as you wish.
I selected the wrong lesson. How can I leave?
You can exit most lessons by opening the settings menu and selecting “Concede.” Your level and Ranked Ladder win streak are not affected by conceding a lesson in the Learning Lab.
