How do I link an account to Pokémon TCG Pocket?
You can link an account from the game’s title screen or main menu. Note: Players under a certain age can only link a Nintendo Account. Only iOS devices can link to an Apple Account.

- Select the account you wish to link from the account screen.
- Enter the login information of the account you selected.

How do I transfer my save data to another device?
To transfer save data, you will need to first link an account following the above instructions. By linking an account, you can share one save data on multiple devices (you cannot use it at the same time).
After linking your account, when you launch the app on your other device for the first time, please link the account that is already linked to the save data you wish to transfer.
Steps: Country/Region Selection, Age Confirmation > Terms of Use and Privacy Notice > Transfer Existing Save Data > tap the account from which you wish to transfer existing save data.

How do I restore my data?
We can only restore data after confirming the play data and the requirements for restoring the data have been met. Please read the Terms of Use and the following points carefully before submitting a request for restoring data.
Also, by submitting a request to restore data, we assume that you have agreed to the Terms of Use and the following warning.
Warning
- The save data that can be transferred is the last save data stored on the server.
- If you have deleted your save data from within the game, the save data cannot be restored even if you submit a request to restore data.
- Please be aware that it may take some time to restore your data.
- We cannot account or compensate for events and campaigns that occurred during the time data was being restored. Please understand that we will not be able to answer any inquiries regarding the progress of restoring the data.
- We are unable to cancel a request to restore data once the request has been made.
- It is not possible to merge multiple save data, even if you have played a new game separately from the data being restored.
- We may, at our discretion, refuse to restore data depending on the status of the play data to be transferred, your play progress, or other factors.
- In addition, even if the data is restored, the play data may not be transferred depending on the customer’s device, OS version, etc.
How do I delete my save data?
If you are able to log in to the save data
From the title screen, navigate to Menu (top-right button on the screen) > Account > Delete Save Data. If you are already logged in to the game, navigate: Menu (rightmost button at the bottom of the screen) > Other > Account > Delete Save Data.
If you are not able to log in to the save data
Please contact us for further assistance.
Attention
- You will lose all your data—including your record of play to this point, the items you own, and your Poké gold. If you delete your save data, no refund requests can be accepted once service has ended.
- You will no longer be able to play using other devices that you may have linked an account to and that use the same save data.
- It is not possible to restore save data that has been deleted.
- If you are a premium pass subscriber, your premium pass subscription will not be automatically canceled, even if you delete your save data. Please be sure to cancel your subscription from the store where you purchased it.
Can I update or remove my linked account?
You cannot update or remove the account linked to the save data you are playing. By deleting your save data, you are able to remove the linked account. However, please be aware that save data cannot be recovered after it is deleted.
If I transfer my data to another device, will I lose my Poké gold?
Your Poké gold will still be available to use after transferring your data to a new device. Even if you switch to a device with a different operating system, your Poké gold will still transfer.
Why don’t I see the option to link my Apple or Google account on the account screen?
Only players over a certain age may link their account to an Apple Account or a Google Account. In addition, only iOS devices can be linked to an Apple Account. Players under a certain age can only link to a Nintendo Account.
Note: Players that just reached a certain age will not be able to link their account with an Apple Account or a Google Account until the month after their birthday. Thank you for your patience.
Age restrictions may differ depending on your country or region.
I have multiple devices registered to the same platform account. Can I use different save data on each of these devices?
We do not recommend using different save data on multiple devices that are linked to the same platform account. If you are subscribed to the premium pass, your premium pass subscription privileges might be unintentionally transferred to the save data on the other device. In addition, if any problems occur with your data, you may not be eligible for support.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you consider registering and using separate platform accounts (Apple Account or Google Account) on each of your devices.
