How do I redeem a gift code?
You can redeem a gift code here.
Gift codes can’t be redeemed from within the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket app. Please visit the code redemption page to enter your support ID and gift code. The gift will be added to your in-game account’s Gifts screen.
What should I do if I can’t redeem my gift code?
If you received any of the following errors when attempting to redeem your gift code, please see the associated step to resolve the issue.

“Incorrect Support ID”
- Check that the Support ID is valid and entered accurately, and try again.

“Incorrect gift code”
- Check that the gift code is entered accurately and try again.

“An error has occurred. Please try again later.”
- This error might appear due to a system error. Please wait and try again later.

“The gift code has been used already.”
- Gift codes cannot be used more than once. If you don’t remember redeeming the gift code, it may have already been redeemed using a different Support ID.

“This gift code’s redemption limit has been reached.”
- The account associated with the Support ID reached the maximum number of gift code redemptions. Once the redemption limit is reached, additional rewards can’t be claimed, even if you enter a different gift code from the same campaign.
- Please also note that gift codes may have a validity period and an expiration. Your gift code may not be valid yet or it may be expired.
Why haven’t I received my gift?
After redeeming a gift code, it may take some time for your gift to appear in your gifts in-game. Please wait and check again. To check if you have already received a gift, check “Gifts” and then the “Claimed” tab.
