How can I get help with web store issues?

Visit the Xsolla Help Center or contact Xsolla if you have one of the following issues:  

  • Payment method issues
  • Payment or order issues (such as double payment)
  • Purchases with the wrong account
  • Currency issues
  • Fraud concerns
  • Refund requests

If you have issues logging in to the web store, make sure you’re logged in with the account that is linked to your Pokémon TCG Pocket save data. If you are using the correct account but are still experiencing issues, please contact Pokémon Customer Support.

How do I purchase Poké gold on the web store?

  1. Navigate to the web store.
  2. Select “Sign In” at the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Enter the login details for your account. Use the account that is linked to your Pokémon TCG Pocket save data. For example, the linked Apple or Google account.
  4. Browse the web store and complete your purchase!

Why can’t I log in to the web store?

The following are some reasons why you may not be able to log in to the web store:

  • You attempted to log in with an account that is not linked to Pokémon TCG Pocket save data.
  • The save data cannot be used.
  • The save data is set to a country or region where the web store is unavailable.

How do I view my web store purchase history?

  1. Sign in to the web store with the account used to make the purchase.
  2. Select your player name at the top-right corner screen.
  3. Select “Purchase History” from the drop-down menu.

Note that purchase history is stored for only 90 days, and only the 100 most recent purchases will be displayed.

Why doesn’t the Poké gold I purchased on the web store appear in-game?

If Poké gold you purchased on the web store is not yet reflected in-game, try the following methods:

  1. Restart Pokémon TCG Pocket by closing the app entirely and reopening it.
  2. Restart your device.

If these methods do not resolve the issue, please check your web store purchase history and for any purchase confirmation emails.
