- If you are using a VPN, disable the VPN.
- Use a different connection method to connect to the internet. For example, if you are using Wi-Fi, try a cellular connection. Or, if you are using a cellular connection, try Wi-Fi.
- Use a Wi-Fi connection that is different than your current one.
- Use a cellular connection that is different than your current one.
- If you are using Wi-Fi, try restarting your Wi-Fi router following the manufacturer’s instructions.

You might be able to resolve slow performance on your device by trying the following:

- If you experience slow or laggy performance, adjust Display Quality setting from High Quality to Balanced or High Performance.
- To further improve the performance, set the Frame Rate Cap to 30 fps.
How do I scan a 2D pattern code?
There are two ways to scan a 2D pattern code:
- Tap Scan Code in the game to launch your camera and scan the code directly
- Tap Read Scanned Image to import and scan an image from your device.
If you encounter an error, check for the following:
- Camera access disabled
- Confirm that camera permissions are enabled in your device settings.
- Image scanning errors
- On devices running an Android OS prior to 14, the Read Scanned Image feature may not work properly. Try scanning the 2D pattern code with the device’s camera instead.
